Terms & Conditions for Free Family Session

 

 

I. Session & Availability

 

• Limited Availability: 3 Free Sessions are available per calendar month. Bookings are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• One Per Family: This offer is strictly limited to one Free Session per household/family unit.

• If a family has booked, and doesn't show up, they  forfeit their free digital file.

• All sessions must pre booked.

 

II. Group Structure & Scope

 

• Definition of Family Group: This offer is valid for immediate family only (parents and their children).

• Excluded Groups: The free session cannot be used for blended family groups, including (but not limited to) extended family such as Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles, Cousins, or multiple family units.

• Session Focus: The session is intended to capture the immediate family unit (parents and their children).

 

III. The Free Offer & Digital Assets

 

• Free Inclusion: The client will receive one (1) high-resolution digital image from the session, chosen by the client from the final online gallery. This image is delivered free of charge and carries no obligation to purchase further products.

• Gallery Access: A private online proofing gallery will be provided for viewing and selection. This gallery will remain active for 12 dyas.

• No Obligation: There is absolutely no obligation to purchase any further products, prints, or digital files beyond the one free image.

• Copyright & Usage: All images, including the free image, remain the copyright of About Faces Photography. The client is granted a personal print release for the free image for personal use only (sharing on social media, personal printing).

 

IV. Purchases & Special Offer

 

• Purchase Options: Should the client wish to purchase the remaining digital images, prints, or products, current price lists and collection details will be provided upon request.

• Summer Special: Clients who choose to purchase the full collection will be eligible for the advertised Summer Special offer (details provided separately).

 

V. General

 

• Location: Session locations are limited to the beach or local park as mutually agreed upon with the photographer.

• Rescheduling: [Your Business Name/Krystal] reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Offer Expiry: This Free Session offer is valid until  March 31, 2026.

2. Gallery Timeline (III): Prevents clients from having permanent access to a private gallery, which can tie up your time and server space.

3. Copyright (III): Crucial for all photography businesses; ensures you retain control over the images.

4. Location/Rescheduling (V): Standard clauses for managing environmental shoots and unexpected events.
